What happens if my order arrives damaged ?
Email: allen1401candles@gmail.com provide details of order including order number and include a picture of damaged shipment. Allow 2-5 days business days for response and resolution.
How long will it take before my order ships ?
We typically ship within 3-5 days upon receiving order. A tracking number will also be provided to the email address provided once your order is ready to ship.
